A large and comfortable destination near Frome. The property has two buildings. The Farm house and Old Barn.

Suitable for quick getaways with friends and families as well as birthdays, hen breaks and corporate parties.

The space

Beautiful place with 9 bedrooms. The Farm House sleeps 9 guests. It has 5 bedrooms, 1 shared bathroom (Shower only) and a Family Bathroom (Bath only). Bedroom 1 is an en-suite double bedroom while bedroom 5 is en-suite king bedroom (twin option available). Bedroom 4 has an Emperor size bed.

The Old Barn sleep 8 guests. It has 2 en-suite king bedroom (Bedrooms 1 & 3), 1 twin bedroom (Note: these beds are small and only suitable for children or relatively smaller adults) and 1 king bedroom (twin option available). It has 1 family bathroom (Bath & Shower)

Set in acres of private land you will have plenty of space in the 140 acres to roam and relax. The property even boasts its own exclusive private country walk which takes you through the woods. The walk takes approximately 1 hour.

An outdoor tennis court and outdoor pool will be available for you to use from Mid April 2019. Please note the pool will also be in operation from (mid April – September months only).

Sky TV is available in both buildings complete with a Sony Playstation PS4.

Please note that that this rural property is part of a working farm which has cows and sheep on it, so on occasion you may be subject to noise from tractors and animals.

Guest access

The heated pool is available from Early April – September months only

The tennis courts will be completed and ready from mid April 2019

Interaction with guests

Staff can be contacted should you require assistance but we usually prefer to leave guests uninterrupted.

Other things to note

 Check out time for Saturday, Sunday, Monday (bank holiday) is strictly 10AM

Holt Farm is a working farm and there may be noise from farm machinery (such as tractors) and the farmer may be around on the farm at all hours.

The pool is closed from October - March each year.

No fireworks are allowed to be used at this property due to the livestock nearby

Please be aware that the area has a poor mobile network coverage.

During bank holidays the minimum nights stay becomes 3 nights.
